So I just realized that there are only 5 more doctors appointments until Baby Girl arrives. Kind of scary isn't it.
The good news is that we have the baby's furniture set up. Below are some pictures (the crib does have bedding, I just haven't taken a picture of it yet). I have also included pictures of Kerri at 33 weeks.
Fun fact about Chase: I love the banjo and any bluegrass music.
Well, today, thanks to cjane, I found the musical group The Lower Lights. They have taken LDS hymns and arranged them into good old southern bluegrass revival songs. My favorite is If You Could Hie to Kolob (It is track number 6), but all the songs are great. Enjoy
So I just wanted to mention that one of the tough parts of my new job is getting to used to all the acronyms and not laughing at some of them. For instance, "ED" now stands for Emergency Department instead of what is commonly used on tv and I now know what "Rack-ti-poo" means. I should be more mature but I have to keep stifling my laughter!
I'm back in the game! Today was the first day of my fabulous new job. After two months of unemployment, I am earning my keep again. Now some of you might be thinking that I got a job a little while ago. There was a teaching position I was looking at but in the last two weeks, I was interviewed and offered my current position and I couldn't be happier. I'm basically a statistical analyst for a company that analyzes the quality of healthcare that people are receiving and I'm really excited about it. I'm finally getting the chance to use my masters degree. I just wanted to share the happy news with everyone!
